I come in peace! With a question!
Hello everyone.
I have come to these forums in search of someone. I did play Guild Wars before. But another game is now takng up my time. Oblivion. A great single player Rp/action game. This game is known for it's modding community, adding new stuff to the game daily.  And, some time ago http://www.guildwars.com/images/cont...marcus_bow.jpg This bow from a design a weapon contest caught my eye. I wish to add this bow to Oblivion. First off. Do the Guild Wars team own this concept of the bow now that it has been in the contest. If not, do anyone know how to contace the creator, because I wich to get permission before making anything.
